Based on commercial law and the law No. 34 in 1976 in the commercial register and its implementing regulations and the firms law and companies contributing recommend stocks and Limited Liability Companies Act No. 159 in 1981 and its implementing regulations.
And the Capital Market Law promulgated by Act No. 95 in 1992 and its implementing regulations.

On the president of the Arab Republic of Egypt's decision No. 231 in 2004 to organize the Ministry of investment, the General Authority of Investment and Free Zones witnesses the completion of the procedures of setting up EAAC GROUP for Training and Consultancy , Feasibility Studies and Human Resource Development Company with limited liability in accordance with Egyptian law provisions shareholding companies and stock broking firms recommendation and Limited Liability Companies Act No. 159 in 1981 and its implementing regulations.
