Buyer Management & Negotiation
Working with buyers is a forgotten skill. This session focuses on qualifying and tracking buyers by providing you with a list of direct winning questions. Also covered are the three main elements for a successful negotiation process – Preparation, Power and Timing.
Listing & Presenting Strategies
To win a listing takes confidence, enthusiasm and a belief in yourself. Lee has developed dynamic opening and closing questions that strategically focuses on asking for the listing allowing you to gain the control required to be a confident and effective presenter.
Vendor Management
How do we give Vendors the service and keep them happy whilst we find a suitable buyer for their property? Through a structured Vendor Management System. This session looks in detail at the system; the process and procedures.
Client Based Care
Retention of past clients and customer assessments are untapped resources in the industry. You will leave this session knowing how to plan and build a business that confirms your future.
